These cover the website. The work we do for a client is covered by the agreement we sign with that client, and that agreement wins wherever the two disagree.

What this site is
A description of what Mannacore Systems builds and who builds it. Reading it doesn't start an engagement, and neither does sending the form. An engagement starts when both sides sign something.
The numbers on this site
Every figure carries one of three labels, and it means exactly what it says.
- Verified — checked inside the running system.
- Client-reported — the owner's own account of what the work took before. Their number, not our measurement.
- Projected — where it lands at full deployment, stated with the baseline it starts from.
Nothing here is an audited result, and no figure is a promise about your business. What a system does for you depends on your work, your data and your team. We'd rather say that plainly than bury it.
Client confidentiality
Cases marked with an asterisk are named with written permission. Every other client asked for confidentiality and authorized only the process and the numbers, with nothing that identifies them. We honor that without exception.
What's ours
The Mannacore name, the mark, the wordmark, the copy and the design of this site belong to Mannacore Systems. You're welcome to quote a passage with attribution and a link. Copying the site, or using the name and mark as your own, is not allowed.
What you send us
- Send only what you have the right to send. Don't put a client's confidential data in the form.
- What you send stays yours. We use it to answer you and to prepare the mapping call — nothing else.
- Don't attack the site, scrape it, or use the form to send bulk or automated messages.
Third-party links
Where this site links somewhere else — a booking page, for example — that service has its own terms, and we don't control them.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current, and we don't promise it is free of every error or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, Mannacore Systems is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This clause covers the website. Liability for work we deliver is set in the agreement that covers that work.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
